TEXAS CASH TRANSACTION CARD

cash transaction card must include:

The name and address of the seller;
```

a digital photograph of the seller that accurately depicts the seller's entire face;

an identifying number that is unique to the individual card; and

 the expiration date of the card, which may not be later than two years from the date the card was issued or renewed.

  A metal recycling entity must mail the issued cash transaction card to the address provided on the application for the card.

A/C UNITS, A/C COILS AND CONDENSERS

It is unlawful to purchase air conditioner coils or condensers from anyone who is not HVAC certified and legally permitted to sell such items. If seller is a private citizen, they must provide a bill, receipt or other documentation that the person purchased the coils/condensers or that they purchased a replacement central air/air conditioning unit.

TRANSPORTATION VEHICLE

In order to sell your material  you will have to provide a valid DL/ID and a valid auto vehicle with a up to date license plate. As well as a valid cash transaction card to sell your non-ferrous materials.
